The role focuses on maintaining reliable fleet operations, supervising vehicle utilisation and maintenance, monitoring operational costs, and ensuring that all transport activities are carried out in accordance with Australian road safety, workplace health and safety, and company compliance requirements.&nbsp;This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day fleet operations of BHATTEWAD GROUP PTY LTD, including coordinating vehicle schedules, allocating vehicles and drivers, monitoring fleet performance, and ensuring timely delivery and operational support across the business. The Fleet Manager oversees vehicle maintenance, servicing, registrations, insurance, fuel usage, and compliance records to ensure all vehicles remain safe, roadworthy, and available for business use.The role also involves liaising with internal staff, drivers, suppliers, service providers, and clients to manage transport requirements, resolve operational issues, and improve overall efficiency.
